国际教育学院举办系列HND项目课程示范课活动（二）

11月18日下午， HND项目课程第二次示范课活动在大学城校区7B108教室顺利召开，国际教育学院教学管理人员、HND教研室负责人及HND专业课程教师参加活动。
此次示范课由讲授《人力与组织管理》课程的工商学院孔德议老师担任主讲，孔德议老师的示范课围绕“领导力”展开，孔老师结合美国俄亥俄州大学的研究成果讲解理论要点，同时列举贴近学生生活的事例帮助学生理解，并针对学生的实际英语水平适当加入了中文解释。整体课堂气氛轻松活跃，课程环节自然连贯，为听课教师们提供了一次良好的示范。

have hold a series of HND program demo lesson activities (2nd)
In order to give a chance to the HND program teachers to exchange the experiences of HND lessons and promote the teaching quality, The School of International Education have held the second HND program demo lesson on 18th Nov, the officers of HND program center, the HND program teachers have attended this activity.
The demo lesson have been delivered by Teacher Kong Deyi from the school of Business Administration, who teaches " Managing People and Organisations " .
“The leadership”, which was the main content of this demo lesson, have been taught with the latest research results of Ohio University(US).Mrs. Kong is good at using the lively examples that close to the students to help them to understand. According to the English level of students, Mrs. Kong explained some theory in bilingual way at the same time . The atmosphere was relaxed and active during the lesson，which have provided a good example for the listeners.
